As a Physician Recruiter with Sevaro, you will help in aligning the introduction of new physicians to the Sevaro mission and vision. This role strives to bring the best and brightest physicians that align with the culture and goals of the Sevaro team. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Assisting and coordinating the development of strategic physician recruitment plans.
- Performing initial interview and screening processes to determine candidates’ suitability.
- Hiring Physicians for Vascular Neurology, General Neurology, and APP.
- Researching and participating in conferences, job fairs, and Physician Recruitment opportunity events.
- Coordinating recruitment activities with leadership.
- Monitoring and maintaining the recruitment budget.
- Developing and maintaining advertising for recruiting efforts.
- Maintaining and managing outstanding communication with Physician candidates.
Physician Recruiter Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
- 2-3 years of physician recruitment experience
- Preference given for those with TeleNeurology/Neurology experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of internet recruitment tools.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
