We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to act as a vital bridge between our technical and operational teams. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You will be responsible for developing and executing a product strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, enhances user satisfaction, and maintains our position at the forefront of the telehealth industry.
- Product Strategy and Vision:
- Develop and articulate a clear vision for the product, aligning with company goals and market needs.
- Create and manage a product roadmap, setting priorities based on strategic objectives and resource availability.
- Cross-functional Leadership:
- Serve as one of the main points of contact between technical teams (software developers, UI/UX designers) and operational teams (clinical staff, customer service, marketing).
- Foster a collaborative environment, ensuring clear communication and a unified approach to achieving product goals.
- User Experience and Market Understanding:
- Conduct user research and market analysis to understand customer needs, pain points, and behavior.
- Translate insights into feature enhancements or new product development to improve user satisfaction and engagement.
- Product Development Lifecycle Management:
- Contribute to the planning, scoping, and launch of new products and features.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure technical feasibility and timely execution.
- Performance Metrics and Optimization:
- Define and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive continuous product optimization based on user feedback, data analysis, and market trends.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in the healthcare or telehealth industry.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with user research, market analysis, and product performance metrics.
