We are seeking an experienced and service-driven IT Support Engineer to ensure seamless technology experiences for our provider team. This individual will serve as the first line of technical support, helping resolve IT-related issues that impact clinical consults and provider workflow. The ideal candidate is resourceful, responsive, and committed to delivering best-in- class support in a fast-paced, remote environment.
