KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Hospital Partnerships with an RN background to lead and grow strategic relationships with hospitals and health systems. This is a highly client-facing, consultative sales role that is essential in expanding Sevaro’s footprint through thoughtful engagement, clinical credibility, and healthcare expertise.

A successful candidate will bring proven experience in technology sales, particularly in health tech or telehealth, with the ability to clearly articulate and sell technology-driven solutions to clinical and administrative decision-makers.

Your ability to translate complex technical offerings into meaningful, compelling value propositions will be key to success in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and nurture high-impact relationships with key stakeholders at partner hospitals and health systems.
  • Serve as a clinical subject matter expert and trusted liaison to hospital leadership and clinical teams.
  • Lead a consultative, technology-focused sales approach to secure new hospital partnerships.
  • Manage the contracting and onboarding process for new partners.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sevaro’s clinical, implementation, and executive teams to ensure smooth program deployment and sustained partnership success.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and propose innovative, tech-enabled service enhancements.
  • Translate Sevaro’s technology-driven solutions into clear, compelling benefits for clinical and administrative audiences.
  • Represent Sevaro at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings as needed.
  • Ensure alignment between partner goals and Sevaro’s mission, maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Active RN license required, Master’s Degree Preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, including at least 2+ years in hospital partnerships, technology sales, clinical sales, or provider relations.
  • Demonstrated success in technology sales, ideally at a health technology or telehealth company, with a proven ability to sell complex solutions to clinical and administrative stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in neurology, stroke care, or telehealth is a strong plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite meetings and conferences.

As Privileging Specialist for Sevaro Health, you will play a crucial role in the Medical Staff Services Department at Sevaro. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks to ensure efficient operations. The following key duties are integral to the position:

Internal Records Management & Communications

  • Ensure electronic provider records are being maintained and updated timely, accurately, and regularly to reflect any changes in provider status or credentials.
  • Support the team in obtaining additional documentation and verifications as needed, ensuring all records comply with internal and external standards.
  • Ensure MSS Department processes are being followed regarding the storing, submission, and information sharing of all obtained, completed, confirmed, and created documentation.
  • Ensure current statuses and information is being documented/displayed in the appropriate areas timely.

Privileging Specialist Duties

  • Assist in creating abbreviated CVs for privileging and privileging needs as needed.
  • Request COI’s for assigned sites in accordance with process.
  • Ensure providers are registered with any state Patient Compensation Funds by communicating this information with the risk management department.
  • Advise Onboarding of any site-specific training courses / orientations, certifications, or education that must be completed for privileges to be approved and track their progress to ensure timely completion as needed.
  • Ensure OSS is appropriately assigned reappointments, enrollments, references, and other credentialing tasks; promptly review items personally when necessary, and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Regularly communicate with assigned facilities’ Medical Staff Professionals, ensuring timely responses to all queries; facilitate the resolution of outstanding items as requested by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of site-specific details, including meeting dates, workflows, and unique procedural nuances, and ensure all related systems and documentation are updated appropriately when changes occur.
  • Perform regular follow-up, as necessary, via telephone, email, and other available and necessary means of communication with both providers, medical staff offices, and other agencies.
  • Complete / facilitate completion, from start to finish, all steps necessary to submit complete and accurate pre-applications, initial applications, reappointments, add/change requests, and enrollment applications; including but not limited to supporting and/or supplemental documentation, current governmental health plan logins / connection requests are being completed, adding state licenses to NPPES, etc.
  • Participate in education sessions specific to corporate needs or job duties, whether locally or remotely, as needed.

 

Other Duties

  • Perform other job-related duties as required, adapting to new challenges and responsibilities as they arise.
