POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about healthcare innovation.

You will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, managing digital channels, and supporting lead generation efforts across our rapidly expanding organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor posts across platforms; engage with followers and track performance metrics.
  • Email Marketing: Build and manage email campaigns in HubSpot; segment audiences and optimize for engagement.
  • Event Logistics: Coordinate marketing support for conferences, webinars, and other events; manage promotional materials and registration processes.
  • Lead Generation: Assist in developing and executing strategies to attract and convert leads; track and report on campaign performance.
  • Website Updates: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to update website content, landing pages, and ensure brand consistency.
  • External Partner Coordination: Maintain relationships with marketing vendors, agencies, and event partners; support collaboration and deliverables.
  • Content Creation: Draft compelling copy for emails, social media, and other marketing materials.
  • Marketing Operations: Support campaign execution, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or technology.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot (required).
  • Strong writing and communication skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms and email marketing tools.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Analytics, or other marketing tools.
  • Experience supporting influencer marketing programs.
  • Experience in event planning or logistics.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital advertising.
  • Experience updating websites via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow).
