POSITION OVERVIEW

Sevaro is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Paralegal to support day-to-day legal and compliance operations. You will assist with document preparation, contract review, regulatory research, and compliance tracking in a fast-moving, high-growth environment. Success in this role looks like airtight documentation, on-time deliverables, crisp communication, and impeccable confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Draft, review, and format legal documents, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, filings, and compliance materials.
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research under the supervision of counsel.
  • Assist with contract lifecycle activities (renewals, amendments, signatures).
  • Support corporate governance tasks and compliance reporting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel/partners.
  • Uphold secure handling of confidential information and company data.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in Law/Legal Studies or related field (LL.B preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or compliance associate.
  • Working knowledge of contract law and corporate procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management tools (e-signature, redlining, version control).
  • High attention to detail; able to prioritize and work independently in a dynamic setting.

Sevaro is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to build, launch, and oversee our new outpatient neurology program. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Program Design & Development

  • Build Sevaro’s outpatient neurology framework from concept through implementation.
  • Develop staffing models, care pathways, patient engagement workflows, and quality standards.

 

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with the COO, clinical leaders, IT, Product, and Business Development teams.
  • Align program goals with company growth strategy and clinical excellence initiatives.

 

Client Collaboration

  • Engage directly with hospitals and health systems to assess needs and design tailored outpatient programs.
  • Deliver measurable clinical value, patient satisfaction, and operational performance.

 

Innovation & Technology Integration

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with strong clinical knowledge and judgment.
  • Extensive experience in neuroscience or outpatient specialty care environments (neurology preferred).
  • Proven leadership background in clinical operations, ambulatory coordination, or specialty program management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of outpatient workflows, care transitions, and patient engagement strategies.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Manager to lead Sevaro’s internal and external IT support operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the reliability, security, and performance of our telehealth systems and internal infrastructure, while managing a growing support team that ensures seamless technology experiences for clinicians, hospitals, and Sevaro employees.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and experience supporting healthcare or telehealth technology environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead Sevaro’s IT support operations and oversee all aspects of help desk performance, system administration, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Manage and mentor IT support specialists, fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the configuration, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT assets including laptops, telehealth devices, and network infrastructure.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for technical issues impacting internal teams or clinical systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, implementation, and clinical teams to ensure technology readiness and reliability for telehealth service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain IT policies, standard operating procedures, and documentation to support scalability and compliance.
  • Monitor system performance, security, and uptime, ensuring proactive incident response and issue prevention.
  • Partner with leadership to plan and execute IT projects that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of IT support or systems management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, firewalls), system administration, and cloud-based tools.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience managing IT support for distributed or remote workforces.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and data protection standards (HIPAA experience strongly preferred).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
