POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to drive the evolution of Sevaro’s telehealth platform and services. This key leadership role will be responsible for shaping and executing product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate brings deep healthcare product experience, excels in user-driven innovation, and has a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in the digital health space.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Define and lead execution of Sevaro’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch to iteration.
  • Guide and mentor a high-performing product management team.
  • Align product goals with business objectives and market needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Clinical, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer needs, and clinical challenges to inform product direction.
  • Translate complex healthcare workflows into intuitive digital health solutions.
  • Establish and track product KPIs and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Champion the voice of the customer and drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights.
  • Ensure products meet regulatory and compliance standards in healthcare technology.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
  • Ability to travel to North Brunswick, NJ office 2-3 days per week
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling healthcare or telehealth products.
  • Strong understanding of clinical environments, especially neurology, emergency care, or hospital workflows.
  • Skilled in agile methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and product analytics.
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and decision-making abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a technical field.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • MBA or relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience with HIPAA compliance, EHR/EMR integrations, and AI/ML in healthcare.
  • Knowledge of reimbursement models and healthcare regulations.
  • Background in neurology, stroke care, or emergency medicine workflows.
  • Prior experience in high-growth healthcare technology startups.
